Indesign Live has featured the build-to-rent project LIV Munro, with Director Cian Davis explaining why its excellent design, elevated lifestyle and sense of community has garnered so much interest.

LIV Munro is one component of the larger Munro precinct adjacent to the Queen Victoria Market and is designed by Bates Smart and Six Degrees Architects for Mirvac, PDG and the City of Melbourne.

The design comprises twin circular and adjoining towers, a total of 490 apartments, co-working area with bookable meeting rooms, shared spaces with access to the outside – and the largest communal rooftop garden in Melbourne.

At LIV Munro, renters are encouraged to make the apartment their home and enjoy the outstanding amenities and convenient location.
