Indi Sydney, the build-to-rent tower located above Gadigal Metro Station, has won Gold in the Residential category for the World Architecture News (WAN) Awards.

 

A landmark addition to Sydney’s skyline, Indi Sydney redefines high-density living by seamlessly integrating homes, transport and generous resident amenity above one of the city’s most connected precincts. Designed to foster community, convenience and contemporary urban life, this recognition celebrates the project’s architectural ambition and its contribution to the future of build-to-rent living. The jury said that “the project demonstrates respect for the heritage context, integrating contemporary materials that engage with the historic surroundings.”
