Citymaking projects recognised with seven state architecture awards
We’re thrilled to have five of our citymaking projects honoured with seven NSW Architecture awards.
For the third year running, Bates Smart’s commitment to high-quality housing was recognised with the Aaron Bolot Award – this time for our build-to-rent project at Wentworth Quarter.
Indi Sydney picked up an Award for Residential Architecture – Multiple Housing and a Commendation for Sustainable Architecture. 50 Belmore Street in Penrith earned a Commercial Architecture Award, while Prefecture 48’s dining precinct was commended for Interior Architecture.
Our team’s contribution to the new Sydney Metro City Stations was acknowledged with the Lloyd Rees Award for Urban Design and the prestigious NSW Architecture Medallion. We’re so proud to have worked with our industry peers to deliver such a transformative project for our city, including integrated station developments at Victoria Cross and Gadigal (South).
We’re especially proud to be shaping residential communities all over Sydney, working across a diverse range of housing types to help create vibrant, inclusive neighbourhoods for people.
