Prince & Parade is a collection of parkside residences inspired by the diverse mews, green spaces and architectural character of Melbourne’s inner north.

 

Envisaged as an extension of the adjacent Princes Park, the design “brings the park in” through the use of natural materials, along with the creation of an extended ground plane forming a network of landscaped pedestrian links and outdoor amenity.

A cohesive identity is developed across the entire site through a composition of volumes which are stepped, scaled and articulated in response to their unique orientations and interfaces.
