Fusing co-working with best-in-class hospitality

Hub Wynyard

Hub Wynyard defies expectations and breaks free of any co-working stereotypes, with bespoke and meticulously considered spaces that are sensitive to Sydney’s urban context.

Director, Bates Smart

Hub Wynyard’s interior begins with the view. The design intends to honour the surrounding urban context and culture, engaging with Transport House, a modernist icon reminiscent of the golden age of travel.

Visitors are immediately drawn to the business lounge – a premium front-of-house space, larger than usual for Hub, and one that’s more akin to a luxury bar. The bold, mirrored reception desk with linear lighting offers an abstract reference to George Street at night. Exuding intimate professionalism, the plush interior draws right up to the expansive windows to provide a personal, immersive connection with the city.

Across the workspace interior, all diverse furniture settings – private or communal, permanent or moveable – are connected by a green colour palette, an art deco narrative brought forward into a new age.
