Conceived as one of Adelaide’s largest mixed-use developments, the masterplan comprises three towers ranging from 31 to 39 storeys, enabled by recent planning code amendments permitting heights up to 40 storeys. The built form envelopes establish a flexible framework capable of accommodating diverse land uses and future configurations. A green civic heart anchors the scheme, while fine-grain laneway connections and activated street edges stitch the development into the East End.
