Workplace refresh for modern longevity

Arnold Bloch Leibler

Following their lease renewal at the prestigious 333 Collins Street, Arnold Bloch Leibler took the opportunity to refresh their workplace, having last undertaken a major refurbishment in 2011, also with Bates Smart.

The upgrade focused on embedding next-generation workspace principles; improving work, social, and F&B spaces while capitalising on the existing tenancy strengths.
The new café is a major drawcard for both employees and clients, becoming a multi-purpose space for casual meetings and both internal and external events.

Consistency between the three tenancy floors was enhanced encouraging collaboration, alongside a rationalised approach to storage and office furniture, including the addition of sit-to stand desks. Glazed frontages increase light penetration into the floorplate, contributing to the overall optimisation of the workspace environment.
