Kellie Payne is a Director in Bates Smart’s Sydney studio and strategic design expert. She oversees the design and development of innovative large-scale fit-out designs. Kellie’s extensive business knowledge and end user and market insight has led to the creation of some of the most innovative workplaces in Australia, driving strategic and cultural change for businesses.

Kellie’s unique team and customised, data driven process reviews commercial developments from a tenant’s perspective, helping clients understand what tenants want from commercial buildings post occupancy and into the future. This scope includes placemaking, base building briefs, base building review, analysis and due diligence. Her extensive experience across a wide range of workplace sectors and clients brings a depth of insight to creating workspaces that support business objectives.
