Janine Koll
Practice Director

Janine is the Practice Director in Sydney and is responsible for the operational management of the studio. A trained architect, she brings extensive experience and a deep understanding of the creative process.
Over her career, Janine has contributed to numerous projects ranging in complexity from international airports to bespoke furniture. This experience, combined with her strategic thinking has resulted in the implementation of several successful practice-wide initiatives, regarding both people and practice management.
Janine is passionate about gender equity and providing an inclusive work environment for everyone. She is a regular participant in the industry-wide collaboration for better practice.
