Where timeless architecture meets contemporary refinement

Where timeless architecture

meets contemporary refinement

437 St Kilda Road is a timeless addition to one of Melbourne’s most prestigious boulevards. Offering luxurious residences, the architecture references its context, where Art Deco and Streamline Moderne are interpreted in a contemporary manner.

Adjacent to the site, the newly open display gallery offers an immersive experience that reflects the project’s refined design language. Visitors enter through a custom glass door into a serene arrival space, leading to a light-filled gallery with spectacular views across Fawkner Park.

Curved polished plaster walls, coffered ceilings and sculptural furniture defines the space, with a soft tonal palette enhancing the verdant outlook.

The dedicated material laboratory, featuring large-format samples and curated palettes, offers a highly tailored experience for prospective purchasers.

A full-scale apartment has been meticulously crafted within the display suite, capturing the project’s refined interior design which blends seamlessly with the building’s architectural language.
