Victoria Cross Tower is officially open, marking the completion of the VicX precinct – a significant milestone for North Sydney.

A new urban heart centred on the Victoria Cross Metro Station, the precinct introduces a civic square and east-west retail laneway reconnecting the area’s fragmented streets. The commercial tower reads as a singular expression on the city skyline, its asymmetrical composition breaking down scale while directing views toward Sydney Harbour. Bates Smart designed the tower and retail precinct as part of this major transit-oriented development for North Sydney’s CBD.
