Transport-linked homes for long-term community
The Social Housing building at Waterloo Metro Quarter forms part of a transit-oriented precinct centred on the new metro station.
Positioned above the southern station box, it establishes a strong residential identity, mediating between the existing neighbourhood and evolving mixed-use surrounds. Together with the neighbouring student accommodation tower by Bates Smart, the project delivers genuine housing diversity while embedding everyday amenity directly above major public transport.
A collaboration with Mirvac and John Holland, the new homes are managed by Link Wentworth and Birribee Housing.
