Launching our Sustainability Action Plan

Launching our Sustainability Action Plan

We officially launched our Sustainability Action Plan (SAP) among our industry peers last month.

Thanks to our friends at Sam Crawford, Alexander Symes and BVN for joining us at the EmAGN NSW panel event in our Sydney studio.

Bates Smart is committed to designing climate-positive buildings that contribute to resilient cities and regions. Our SAP is the framework we use to do this. To embed sustainability in our design process, project outcomes and studio operations, we have set out to pursue three aims – Regenerative Design; Health, Wellbeing + Social Impact; and Responsible Sourcing. We achieve these aims through a set of eight commitments.
