Parkside Address Planning Approval
We’re working with Time & Place on a mixed-use project at 11 – 27 Dorcas Street, South Melbourne, which we’re thrilled to announce has received planning approval.
The residential tower is complemented by ground floor dining, amenities and community activations, to create a village-style precinct. 11 – 27 Dorcas Street was approved under Victoria’s Development Facilitation Program (DFP) pathway which is expediting much-needed housing for the state.
