Growing into a new hybrid workspace

Combining global excellence with a distinct local identity

Pinsent Masons

Pinsent Masons’ new Melbourne office has been designed to accommodate this tremendous period of growth, reflecting the company culture and providing a more supportive team and client experience.

The firm wanted a shift away from the previous startup-feel to a more mature and sophisticated atmosphere with a distinctly Melbourne look and feel.

The new open plan layout is designed to minimise hierarchy and foster a more collaborative atmosphere. The hybrid environment provides a choice of work settings, including collaborative areas, flexible offices, multi-purpose rooms, library quiet spaces and bookable meeting rooms.

Uninterrupted views toward the botanic gardens are flanked by client meeting spaces which increase the volume of space and can cater to a variety of in-house events.

Pinsent Masons’ move into their new space at 101 Collins Street also coincided with the staff’s return to office.
