Our masterplan for the Melbourne + Manning Street precinct has been submitted. We worked with Aria and Richards & Spence to create an exciting new precinct that promises to propel future revitalisation for the South Brisbane neighbourhood.

Three new towers exemplify high-density, sustainable living. The development integrates 3,650sqm of public space with existing heritage fabric, and includes a hotel, and a world-class retail + dining precinct.
