We’re proud to share that approval has been granted for Melbourne + Manning – a transformative mixed-use precinct in South Brisbane designed with Richards and Spence for Aria Property Group.

 

Melbourne + Manning will deliver a total of 678 new dwellings, 216 hotel rooms, 21,000sqm retail space and 3,650sqm of public space. It’s an exciting new precinct that promises to propel future revitalisation for the South Brisbane neighbourhood.

This development approval marks a significant milestone, as the first project approved under the Brisbane City Council’s new height limits for South Brisbane.
