Indi Sydney continues to set the benchmark for community-focused build-to-rent apartment living.

Julie Power toured the project as part of her Sydney Morning Herald series of apartment reviews with independent experts. She spoke to residents who praised Indi’s liveability, generous amenities and architectural charm – from the wellness level to the rooftop lounge and co-working spaces.

Resident Jo Williams shared, “I am never moving out. It’s the best thing I’ve ever done. It is like living in a resort.” Architect Anthony St John Parsons also commended Indi for not only its beauty but also for resolving “a really tricky dynamic underneath; the Metro.”
