We’re proud to share that Reconciliation Australia has formally endorsed Bates Smart’s Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).

This milestone reflects our continued commitment to deepening relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, building cultural awareness across our studios, and embedding reconciliation into the way we work.

The Innovate RAP builds on the foundations of our 2022-2024 Reflect RAP and marks a significant step in our reconciliation journey. With the support of First Nations voices and advisors, we’re committed to strengthening our cultural literacy, growing respectful partnerships, and creating inclusive, impactful design outcomes that support truth-telling and long-term change.
