Bates Smart, in association with KCCT as Architect of Record, is thrilled to announce that The Embassy of Australia in Washington, D.C. is not only the Institutional winner but has also taken home the overall Best of Competition award in the IIDA Design Competition, which honors outstanding, innovative, and original interior design.

 

The Best of Competition was reveled at the annual black-tie celebration of design held at The Four Seasons in Chicago. A special thanks to our client and key collaborators for their trust in our vision and for bringing this special project to life.
