The Balmain Building, located at 120 Balmain Street, raises the standard of the contemporary workplace and provides a new public interface to this popular neighbourhood street.

 

Sitting proudly amongst Cremorne’s most iconic heritage buildings, the design draws inspiration from the robust materiality and proportions of the nearby Bryant & May factory. Inside, a double-height lobby anchors the building, leading to wellness-focused amenities, flexible workplaces, and a rooftop terrace with sweeping city views – a space for collaboration, connection and retreat.
