New beginnings at Waterloo Metro Quarter – the new social housing building is welcoming around 100 residents into 70 high-quality, light-filled apartments.

Bates Smart’s integrated architecture and interiors deliver a vibrant, connected community directly above Waterloo Metro Station, with access to transport, green space and everyday amenity.

A collaboration with Mirvac and John Holland, the new homes will be managed by Link Wentworth and Birribee Housing.
