Cremorne Investment Fund
Investment fund’s new headquarters in the heart of Richmond
A series of connected curated spaces is an expression of brand and a celebration of what it is to work in place.
Cremorne Investment Fund’s new headquarters is a contemporary post-pandemic workplace occupying 450sqm of newly built A-grade commercial space in the heart of Richmond.
An honest use of materiality has created a contextual environment that is a true expression of the client’s brand and celebrates the simple pleasure of coming together in a sustainable and uplifting workplace.
The sparse industrial foundation presented an opportunity to create a series of eclectic areas with quality fittings and locally designed furnishings. The reclaimed Simon Ancher Tasmanian hydrowood boardroom table, Hegi Design House daybed, Daniel Barbera coffee table, Bassam Fellows Low back wood frame sofa and armchairs and the Poltrona Frau Trust desking system were chosen as investment pieces with longevity in mind.
Considered transitions and thresholds provide separation between the public and private work realms throughout one uninterrupted space. A hospitality-like experience continues into the breakout zone with access to a terrace with views across Cremorne, South Yarra and east to the Dandenongs.
