Bates Smart has been named the winning design firm for the Ashmore Estate Buildings F+I, in the recent City of Sydney Design Excellence process.

 

We have crafted a collection of buildings that respond to local context – weaving together interpretations of country, industrial heritage and established built character. The new community will house 367 build to rent apartments, shared indoor and outdoor amenity spaces, and a local retail centre, forming part of the wider Erskineville Village mixed-use precinct.
