An elegant landmark on Melbourne’s grandest street

17 Spring Street raises the luxury benchmark set by 35 Spring Street.

In March of this year, 17 Spring Street reached practical completion, welcoming residents shortly thereafter.

Victoria’s Minister for Planning, Hon. Sonya Kilkenny MP, officially opened Melbourne’s newest premium residential tower during a private event held for project stakeholders and residents.

Compared to 35 Spring Street, also developed by Cbus Property, 17 Spring Street represents a progression in luxury and quality, providing the highest quality internal apartment experience in all of Melbourne.

“The project has been a resounding success, with its 73 large-format residences selling out in record time, which isn’t surprising given how well it had been delivered,” says Cian Davis, Bates Smart director.

One of the reasons for the project’s success is its strong integration of interiors, which has been fundamental to the overall design.

Adrian Pozzo, Cbus Property’s Chief Executive Officer adds, “At the Paris end of the CBD, 17 Spring Street has the very best of Melbourne on its doorstep, from the gardens and the sports precinct to the theatres and the restaurants in the surrounding laneways.”
