The recent works leveraged the building’s existing strengths and enhanced its premium offerings for the next generation.

The upgraded façade’s sophisticated, transparent design bridges Flinders Lane’s vibrant culture with Collins Street’s prestige, while new lounges and a sanctuary garden promote wellbeing and invite tenants and guests to gather, rest and reflect.

Renowned also for its support of the arts, Bates Smart’s collaboration with art curator Emily Cormack for new site-specific commissions enhances the arrival experience for visitors.
