Flexibility
We understand everyone has different needs and responsibilities. Our flexibility policy is available to all employees to accommodate tutoring, family, study and other commitments, and includes flexible or staggered hours and working from home opportunities whilst also ensuring effective in person learning and collaboration opportunities.
Parental Leave
Bates Smart’s parental leave policy provides support to parents and recognises each employee’s specific family circumstances and responsibilities. Our policy provides 12 weeks of paid parental leave without differentiation between primary or secondary caregiver and up to 12 months paid superannuation
Health + Wellbeing
Bates Smart recognises that the overall health and wellbeing of its people is integral to a well-balanced workplace. We uphold a safe, inclusive and respectful workplace that supports individual physical and mental health and offers employees the confidence to express and contribute their opinions.
