Bates Smart believes in providing students with an opportunity to enter the industry and learn first-hand the many facets of their chosen discipline.
Employment opportunities offer students practical experience to supplement their related studies. We employ students at varying stages and offer opportunities for casual and full-time work throughout their studies.
Our mentorship program provides everyone with the opportunity to learn from and receive the support and guidance of a highly experienced person in their field who is passionate about sharing their wealth of knowledge.
