Reviving North Sydney's CBD with next level sustainability credentials

Victoria Cross Metro Station

Tower Construction Begins

The integrated station development at Victoria Cross is on track to transform North Sydney’s CBD. Construction has commenced on the 6-Star Green Star office tower above the new Sydney Metro station.

The 42-storey Victoria Cross development is a $1.2 billion transit-oriented mixed-use precinct that will accommodate up to 7000 workers across approximately 58,000 square metres of premium office, retail and hospitality space.

Once complete in 2024, the net zero carbon tower will be fully electric and powered by 100 per cent renewables. It is targeting Platinum WELL certification and a 6-Star Green Star rating. The design of the precinct promotes a cooler microclimate, with a variety of green public spaces along with planting in outdoor balconies.

Victoria Cross will set the benchmark for a sustainable and vibrant development, reconnecting the area’s fragmented streets and providing a healthy office and retail precinct.
