As we are all well aware, the COVID-19 pandemic has affected all of us in how we deliver our projects and engage with each other.
Over the last week, Bates Smart has successfully migrated project work and communications out of the physical studio and onto digital and online platforms.
This has been driven by a desire to continue to deliver effectively for our clients, as well as concern for the safety and health of our people and our wider community of clients, friends and collaborators.
For this reason the majority of the Bates Smart team are now working remotely. While we retain a skeleton staff in the physical studios, we are no longer holding face to face meetings or accepting visitors. For those clients with projects on site, we have developed a protocol for continuing to deliver construction services for active sites, which we can share with you.
Although the way we work has been changing, our commitment to delivering high quality service to our clients and outstanding built environments is unwavering.
